Five frameworks

One workflow, season after season.

Every tab plugs into one of five frameworks. Data flows from your plan, into the field, out the door, and back into next year's decisions.

Plan

Goals, crop plan, rotation and propagation tie back to one bed map.

Grow

Field notes, irrigation, tunnels and weekly tasks pull from the plan.

Sell

Log harvest, push to CSA, market or wholesale, track $/bed foot.

Learn

Variety trials, learning log, SOPs and annual review close the loop.

Protect

Food safety, risk register, insurance and legal in one place.

About

What this is.

The Market Garden Master Workbook is a free record-keeping and planning workbook for small diversified farms. It replaces the pile of spreadsheets most growers end up with — crop plan here, harvest tally there, seed order on a napkin — with 34 tabs that share the same data.

It's for market gardeners and small farms working roughly a quarter acre to a few acres: CSA growers, farmers market vendors, wholesale and restaurant accounts, and anyone getting ready for a GAP audit. You don't need an account. Everything you type stays in your browser, and you can download the whole workbook as Excel (opens in Google Sheets) or PDF whenever you want a copy.

It exists because the numbers that decide whether a season pays — dollars per bed foot, hours per crop, what a variety actually yielded — only show up if you write them down somewhere they connect. Built by Drew Keske for growers, not for spreadsheets.
